Topsail Hill Preserve State Park protects over 1,600 acres of rare coastal dune lake and 3.2 miles of undeveloped beach near Santa Rosa Beach — one of Florida's largest and most pristine coastal preserves. Three-mile sandy trails, camp/cabin stays, and superb birdwatching around the dune lakes.

- Beach access: the park's Gulf beach is reached by a long boardwalk/tram over the dunes (park entrance fee); a truly wild, undeveloped shore.
- Accessible: beach wheelchairs and accessible facilities (tram to beach seasonally); one of the most accessible wild-beach experiences.
