Welcome to Seaside
Seaside is the iconic pastel town made famous by the movie 'The Truman Show'. It's a walkable, New-Urbanist beach community of white picket fences, pastel cottages, and the central amphitheater and town square just steps from a wide, gentle Gulf beach. It's one of 30A's most photographed spots.

- Beach access: public beach access at the Seaside squares (Pavilion/West Ruskin), with Forest Street and other neighborhood walkways also reaching the sand.
- Accessible: Seaside offers beach wheelchairs and a firm walkway system near the Pavilion area during season.
- Flags & safety: lifeguards + flag poles at the primary Seaside accesses during peak season; check today's flags.
- Parking: paid public lots around the town square and parking garages; free in some outer lots.
