✈️ How to Get Here

Getting to the Coast

The Emerald Coast is easier to reach than a lot of people expect. A couple of good airport options, straightforward highways, and a 30A or Destin destination that's worth the trip.

✈️ Fly

• Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS). The closest airport, about 25 minutes from Destin and roughly 40 minutes to the heart of 30A. It's the easiest option for the whole coast.
• Pensacola International (PNS). A great option to the west, about an hour or so from Destin and a little farther from 30A, but easy interstate driving.
• Panama City (ECP). The eastern gateway, the closest large airport to the eastern end of 30A.

🚗 Drive

98 and the coast highways run the length of the Emerald Coast, and drivers come in from I-10 to the north. It's a relaxed coastal drive once you're close.
